Histórico/Causa do Problema:
A luz da injeção não acendia no painel e não havia código de falhas registrado na central de injeção.
A bomba de combustível funcionava normalmente, porém não havia pulsos de comando dos eletroinjetores e nem na bobina de ignição.
Testamos a chegada do sinal do sensor de rotação na central com um multímetro (Vac) e detectamos que o sensor gerava sinal normalmente, mas ao conferirmos o endereçamento dos fios do sensor de rotação detectamos que os fios correspondentes aos pinos B39 e B28 do módulo estavam invertidos no conector fêmea do chicote do sensor de rotação, ou seja, o sensor gerava sinal porém invertido.
Outra característica interessante do defeito é que na primeira partida os injetores e a bobina pulsavam uma única vez e paravam em seguida.
Solução: Correção da ligação no conector do sensor de rotação, ou seja, do pino 01 do sensor de rotação ao pino B39 da central de injeção e do pino 02 ao pino B28.

Problema: Luz da injeção acende no painel e termômetro cai a zero.
Retorno do Scanner: Falha no sensor de temperatura (falha ocorrida e não presente no momento da análise).
Histórico/Causa do Problema:
O defeito é intermitente e normalmente ocorre ao trafegar com o veículo em distâncias longas com aceleração constante ou viagens.
O marcador de temperatura no painel cai rapidamente e o motorista geralmente percebe somente quando a luz da injeção acende no painel.
Na análise com o scanner fica registrada uma falha ocorrida no sensor de temperatura da água, porém troca-se o sensor e o defeito volta a acontecer.
Causa: Válvula termostática travando aberta intermitentemente.
Solução: Substituição da válvula termostática.

Problema: Motor apagando, consumo excessivo de combustível.
Histórico/Causa do Problema:
A marcha-lenta era instável principalmente a quente o motor chegava a apagar.
Examinamos o sistema de alimentação quanto a pressão e vazão e estava tudo em ordem.
Examinamos o sistema de distribuição quanto a sincronismo bem como os componentes do sistema de ignição que estavam em condições perfeitas.
Causa: Excesso de carbonização e formação de borra na tomada de vácuo do sensor de pressão absoluta.
Solução: Descarbonização e limpeza da tomada de vácuo do sensor de pressão absoluta/corpo de borboleta e do sistema de ventilação do cárter.

Problema: Motor falhando e com estouros no coletor em acelerações rápidas.
Retorno do Scanner: Sem código de falhas.
Histórico/Causa do Problema:
A pressão e vazão na linha de combustível estavam normais.
O sistema de distribuição estava sincronizado.
O sensor de rotação e PMS estava com seu posicionamento correto (no 19º dente da roda fônica e com distância de 0,7 mm).
O combustível era idôneo.
Ao removermos as velas de ignição, encontramos dificuldade, pois as roscas das velas estavam muito oxidadas, removemos a oxidação (limpeza) e calibramos as velas e o defeito foi sanado.
Tudo indica que a presença de oxidação nas roscas das velas de ignição estavam provocando o isolamento do eletrodo massa.
Solução: Eliminação de oxidação nas roscas das velas de ignição.

Problema: Recalibração do teto solar.
Histórico/Causa do Problema:
1 – Ligar a chave de ignição.
2 – Pressionar o botão para “fechar” o teto solar.
Nota: Somente após 10s o teto começará a fechar-se paulatinamente por estar descalibrado.
3 – Desligar a chave de ignição e deixá-la desligada por 10s.
4 – Passados os 10s, ligar a chave de ignição e apertar o botão no sentido de fechar até que se ouça um duplo “click” do motor do teto solar.
5 – Após ouvir o duplo “click”, soltar o botão e pressioná-lo em seguida por 3s.
6 – Feito isso, o procedimento de recalibração estará concluído.
Outras informações:
O teto solar dispõe de uma função de segurança anti esmagamento.
Durante o fechamento do teto solar, caso ocorra um esforço superior ao normal do fechamento, tal esforço é detectado pela unidade de comando do teto solar, que imediatamente para o fechamento e inverte o movimento abrindo o teto solar.

Histórico/Causa do Problema:
O sistema ABS estava normal, sensores de velocidade das rodas emitindo sinal normalmente.
Testado o chicote elétrico e verificado todos os conectores Sistema hidráulico em ordem.
Fizemos o reset da posição do sensor de ângulo da direção e ainda assim o defeito persistiu.
Como o controle do sistema ESP também é gerenciado pelo módulo do ABS, resolvemos substituir o módulo e o defeito deixou de ocorrer.

Problema: Câmbio não efetua mudança de marchas (Transmissão Automática).
Retorno do Scanner: Falha no sensor de posição da borboleta.
Histórico/Causa do Problema:
O defeito ocorreu após o reparo do motor.
O motor funcionava normalmente mas a transmissão não cambiava as marchas.
O scanner indicava falha no sensor de posição da borboleta. Trocamos o componente e o defeito persistiu.
Ao testar continuidade do chicote com o auxílio do diagrama elétrico constatamos que as ligações do conector do sensor de posição da borboleta correspondiam na verdade ao do corretor de marcha-lenta.
Os conectores estavam invertidos, pois possuem encaixe iguais e estão muito próximos um do outro.
Invertemos novamente a ligação entre o conector do sensor de posição da borboleta e o corretor de marcha-lenta e o câmbio voltou a operar normalmente.
Solução: Corrigir a inversão dos conectores do sensor de posição da borboleta e corretor de marcha-lenta.

Problema: Motor “grilando” (detonação), e com retrocessos ao desligar.
Retorno do Scanner: Sem código de falhas.
Histórico/Causa do Problema:
O equipamento de diagnose informava-nos que todos os parâmetros estavam em ordem e não havia falha alguma registrada.
Examinamos o sistema de distribuição quanto ao sincronismo. Tudo correto e os componentes da ignição eram novos.
Testamos o veículo com gasolina idônea e afastamos a possibilidade de estar com o combustível adulterado, porém, o defeito persistia.
Ao analisarmos mais detalhadamente as velas de ignição (velas novas), constatamos uma aplicação errada.
Substituímos por velas BPR5EFS-13 (NGK) com abertura de eletrodos de 1,3mm e o defeito foi sanado.
Solução: Aplicação de velas de ignição corretas.

Problema: Motor não funciona.
Histórico/Causa do Problema:
O Relé principal (UCE e atuadores – Relé 11) funcionava normalmente.
Ao testar o relé da bomba vimos que o mesmo não funcionava, detectamos então que não chegava tensão pós-chave (linha 15) no pino “ 2 ” do relé da bomba.
Causa: Mal contato no encaixe do fusível 4 da caixa de fusíveis externa impedindo o acionamento do relé.
Solução: Correção do mal contato no encaixe do fusível 4 da caixa de fusíveis externa (no vão do motor) impedindo o acionamento do relé.
