Procedimento de programação do controle do alarme do BMW X5 (E53)
1– Botão Central – Travar
2– Botão Superior (Seta) – Destrancar
Leia atentamente antes de fazer o procedimento. O intervalo de tempo para os passos é curto e não deve exceder 5 segundo! Ao exceder o tempo, é necessário reiniciar o procedimento do inicio. Cuidado para não confundir o botão do porta malas com o botão de travamento! O botão de travamento fica no centro do controle (simbolo da BMW)!
Procedimento
Entre no veículo e feche a porta do condutor;
Ligue e desligue a ignição e retire a chave do tambor;
Pressione e mantenha pressionado o botão de destrancar;
Pressione o botão de trancar 3 vezes em menos de 10 segundos;
Solte o botão de destrancar.
O sistema responderá travando e destravando as travas rapidamente. Se não houver resposta das travas, o procedimento não foi efetuado com sucesso. Repita o procedimento.
Pode se programar até 4 controles. Repita o procedimento em intervalos de 1 minuto para cada um dos controles.
Neste post, vou tentar explica da forma mais simples que for possível, os métodos de reparo, teste e diagnóstico para sistemas de Air Bag ou SRS (sistema de Retenção Suplementar). Estes métodos se aplicam em todos os modelos e marcas, e podem ser usados para facilitar o diagnóstico.
Vou dividir em categorias para facilitar a compreensão. Também ilustrarei com imagens de alguns modelos de componentes, mas no geral, você verá que o princípio é o mesmo!
A manutenção dos sistemas de Air Bag, exigem algumas ferramentas e equipamentos que são indispensáveis para o correto manuseio e diagnóstico. Tentar “encurtar” o caminho, ou mesmo “inventar” procedimentos, pode acarretar em danos ao sistema e até mesmo ferimentos graves em casos de disparos acidentais!
Conhecer a lei de Ohm é o básico da eletrônica e também é um atributo prévio para se manipular sistemas de Air Bag.
Entre os informativos, o mais completo é o manual de serviço. Os manuais de serviço são fornecidos pelo fabricante do veículo em questão e fornecem TODAS as informações sobre aquele sistema em específico!
Para realizar os testes do sistema de Air Bag, é necessário ter em mãos os parâmetros de medidas dos circuitos e também do diagrama elétrico, que mostra a disposição da cablagem, “PIN IN” e “PIN OUT”, que é a função de cada terminal do módulo, onde ele é ligado e suas derivações. Lembrando que você deve ser familiarizado com a leitura de diagramas…
**Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), em português fabricante do equipamento original, é um termo usado quando uma empresa faz uma parte ou subsistema que é utilizado no produto final de outra empresa.
Para identificar corretamente o ano de qualquer modelo de carro, basta verificar a numeração gravada no vidro! Esse número corresponde aos 8 últimos números do VIN ou CHASSIS.
Neste caso em específico, iremos usar apenas o primeiro dígito desse número, e compara-lo com a tabela abaixo.

Outro exemplo:
Nesse caso, o ano é 2011, porque a primeira letra é o “B”.
Muitos falam e comentam sobre os códigos de falha ou protocolos de falha que são gerados pelas centrais de controle eletrônico dos mais diversos sistemas da linha automotiva, mas poucos sabem como ele funciona.
Neste post, vou mostrar a lógica dos protocolos de falha, e o seu entendimento, facilitará em futuras consultas sobre os códigos de falha.
Primeiro, é importante lembrar que existem diversos modelos de conectores de diagnóstico, e cada marca usa o seu próprio modelo como na imagem abaixo.
Desde 1997, todas as marcas vem padronizando o sistema de diagnóstico e hoje, o padrão das montadoras é o conector EOBD de 16 terminais, sendo que os terminais de alimentação (positivo terminal 16 e negativos terminais 4 e 5) são iguais (padronizados) em todos os casos.
Os terminais de comunicação ainda mudam, junto com os protocolos de comunicação, e cada montadora tem o seu próprio software de acesso aos sistemas.
Todos os protocólos de falha tem este formato:
Letra + XXXX = Código EOBD
Letras
As letras do sistema de códigos EOBD podem ser:
B = Body Code (incluindo Ar Condicionado e Air bag)
C = Chassis Code (incluindo ABS)
P = Powertrain Code (Motor e Transmissão)
U = Network Code (Rede de Comunicação Bus)
Números
São 5 números que trazem as informações que são visualizadas no equipamento de diagnóstico. Vamos entende-los:
Letra + X1 X2 X3 X4
Primeiro vamos falar de últimos dois números( X3 e X4 ), que correspondem ao componente danificado ou que apresentou alguma leitura fora dos parâmetros programados.
Cada componênte de um sistema tem um código específico. Estes códigos podem variar de acordo com o fabricante. Este código de pode variar de descrição de acordo com o sistema selecionado.
O segundo número ( X2 ) é referente ao sistema que o componente é utilizado. Veja a tabela:
1- Medição da relação estequiométrica (medição de ar / combustível)
2- Medição da relação estequiométrica (circuito do injector)
3- Sistemas de ignição ou “Misfire”
4- Controle do sistema de emissões
5- Controle de Velocidade e de Espera (marcha lenta)
6- Saída de controle dos circuitos
7- Saída de controle dos circuitos secundários
8- Transmissão
9– Ainda se uso
O terceiro número, é o número de sub sistema, exemplo:
0- Para sistema de protocólo de leitura de código de falha EOBD
1- Para sistema de protocólo de leitura de código de falha do Fabricante (codificação OEM)
Agora basta aplicar estes parâmetros para desvendar os códigos de falha EOBD!
